Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please Note: During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

In-Store Pickup
Prefer to skip the shipping altogether? We offer free in-store pickup at our location:

Pickup Hours:
9:30am to 3:00pm
When your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification. Please bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) when you arrive.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide! International orders are shipped via Canada Post International or a comparable carrier.

Please be aware:
- International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
- Bird Kingdom is not responsible for packages held or delayed at customs.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bird Kingdom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at retail@birdkingdom.ca as soon as possible — we can only make address changes before the order is dispatched.
